Your agreement
Use our products fairly, do not interfere with them, and understand that optional purchases are processed by Apple. Foretell MTG is an independent companion tool, not an official Wizards of the Coast product.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Tombstone Games LLC (“Tombstone Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to tombstonegames.com, Foretell MTG (referred to below as “Foretell”), and any other Tombstone Games product that links to them (collectively, the “Services”). By using a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Using the Services
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms and any applicable store rules.
You may not:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or use the Services to facilitate harm;
- probe, disable, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or access controls;
- introduce malware or use automated systems in a way that burdens the Services;
- reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent affiliation with Tombstone Games or use our name to endorse another product without permission.
Foretell
Foretell is a gameplay companion that presents possible cards based on information you enter. Its results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should not be treated as an authoritative rules source, tournament ruling, or guarantee of another player’s cards or actions. You remain responsible for complying with event, platform, and game rules.
In-app purchases
Foretell may offer optional purchases through Apple’s App Store. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase and are processed by Apple under your Apple account and Apple’s terms. Except where law requires otherwise, payment questions and refund requests are handled by Apple.
Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that suppresses Foretell’s banner advertising while the purchase entitlement remains valid. Use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple to restore the entitlement on an eligible device or account.
Support the studio
Foretell may also offer a voluntary, consumable purchase to support Tombstone Games. It does not unlock content, change gameplay, remove ads, or provide a competitive advantage. Consumable purchases may be bought more than once and generally cannot be restored.

Ownership and third parties
The Services, including their original code, writing, design, and branding, belong to Tombstone Games or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party names, cards, rules text, images, symbols, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Foretell uses card information made available through Scryfall and is subject to relevant third-party terms and policies.

Availability, warranties, and liability
We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue all or part of a Service. We work to keep the Services useful and reliable, but we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tombstone Games and its members, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims related to a Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Tombstone Games for that Service during the preceding twelve months or US $25.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the provisions above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Apple App Store terms
For an iOS app obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, maintenance, warranties, or claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to that app and may enforce those provisions. Apple’s applicable store terms also apply, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others, address a violation of these Terms, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
We may revise these Terms as our products or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use a Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement about the Services unless separate written terms apply.
